Domestic (US)

All items are sent from the United States using USPS with tracking.

International

We can accommodate some international shipping destinations by request. Please get in touch with us directly so that we may quote a price for you. You can reach us using our contact form.

Processing Time

Once you have placed your order, please allow 2 days for us to prepare, package and take your items to the post office. We will email you a second time to confirm the package is in the hands of the delivery service.

Missing Packages

Shipping times listed are an average estimate. If your package has not arrived within the shipping and processing estimate combined, please allow a few extra days before contacting the shipping partner. You can find these details in the confirmation email which includes your tracking number. We can do our best to help you locate a missing package, however, we are unable to directly communicate with the postal service.

Tracking

All packages will be sent with tracking. It is best to ensure you choose a delivery address that is convenient to ensure you are there to receive the package. If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful, please communicate directly with your local post service to arrange re-delivery.

Failed Delivery – Returned Packages

In cases where a package has been returned to us due to a failed delivery attempt or failed collection, we are happy to ship the parcel again. However, the customer will be fully responsible for any additional shipping costs. If the customer does not want the package to be shipped again, we will issue a full refund minus the original shipping charge.
