You are welcome to refund or exchange your items within 14 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Email us with your order number at your earliest convenience to ensure smooth processing of your return. You can reach us by email at [email protected]. We will provide a return address and shipping instructions.
When your items are safely received and processed, we will notify you by email, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. Note, shipping costs cannot be refunded.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. However if the return is a result of our error, we will pay the return shipping costs. Please be sure to contact us as soon as possible at [email protected], before sending back a damaged or incorrect item. If you are shipping items, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
