Phra Khun Paen Sacred Clay Amulet with Embedded Takrut | Thai Buddhist Love & Charm Amulet | Metta Mahaniyom
Among the most celebrated and sought-after amulets in the Thai Buddhist tradition, Phra Khun Paen is revered above all others for its power to attract love, generate charm, and open hearts — a talisman rooted in the legend of Khun Paen, the great warrior whose irresistible charisma and mastery of sacred arts made him beloved by all who encountered him.
This example is pressed in aged sacred clay in the classic pointed-arch house-shaped tablet form. The front presents Khun Paen seated in lotus position within a peaked arched niche and encircled by a beaded border. The reverse carries a dense field of Khom script yantra inscriptions surrounding a central crosshatch yantra design — and most significantly, a metal takrut scroll is physically embedded into the clay at center, concentrating additional sacred energy directly within the tablet itself.
Surface aging, dark patina, and clay texture all speak to genuine age and authentic temple-tradition craftsmanship.
